Non-multiplexed Array –
For applications that require only a few detector elements, each element can
be bonded to a dedicated package pin. These also include packages with
multiple detector types.
Multiplexed Array – For applications requiring a larger number of elements, multiplexing
provides a convenient way to reduce the package pin count. Signal
conditioning is also provided.
